Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped within Germany via DHL. All orders to EU countries are shipped with Deutsche Post.

Shipping costs within Germany are charged at a flat rate of 4.90 euros per order for purchases up to 49.99 euros. Orders with a merchandise value of over 50.00 euros are shipped free of charge within Germany. Outside Germany, shipping costs 13.99 euros EUR.

For cash on delivery, DHL charges a fee of 5.90 euros. This fee is charged even if the merchandise value of your order exceeds 50.00 euros and you do not pay shipping costs. The cash on delivery fee is listed on the invoice. Until the delivery is handed over to the customer, the sender bears the transport risk.
